Watkins volleyball beats Odessa

ODESSA—The Watkins Glen varsity volleyball team beat Odessa-Montour, Thursday, Sept. 20.

The final score was 3-2. The individual game scores were: 8-25, 17-25, 25-17, 25-19, 25-23, Watkins.
Gabby LaRosa led Watkins with 13 service points, 12 digs, 10 aces, and five kills. Kayli Westervelt had 12 service points, 20 digs, 13 kills, and five aces. Sarah Hazlitt added seven service points, 16 assists, six digs, and two aces. Brooke Grinolds also scored seven points, two aces, and one kill.
For Odessa, Morgan Stermer had 14 service points, two aces, 13 kills, one block, and two digs. Felicia Johnson scored 19 service points, five aces, two kills, and 20 assists. Danielle MacDougall contributed eight service points, one ace, and four kills. Brooke Collins also had nine service points, one ace, three kills, two assists, and three digs.
