DUNDEE–On Friday, Sept. 28, Dundee Central School held their ribbon cutting ceremony for the renovated Scotsmen Field, started sports games for homecoming, and held a bonfire celebrating school spirit. During the ribbon cutting ceremony, Superintendent Kathy Ring welcomed guests to the football field and Board of Education President Jim Koehler and BOE Vice-President John Frederick cut the ribbon. Athletic Director Jennifer Hutches then read a history of the field, followed by John Kissell performing the Alma Mater. Those that gathered were then encouraged to go to the bonfire behind the school which had a large crowd and featured music.
