Students present 'Once Upon a Mattress'

ODESSA--The Odessa-Montour junior/senior high school and the OMCS Fine Arts Boosters are presenting the musical "Once Upon a Mattress" this week. This retelling of the "princess and the pea" fairy tale is a hilariously funny story for people of all ages to enjoy.
The cast includes Cassie Allen (the Minstrel), Sarah Barr (Queen Aggravain), Kat Benway (Princess #12), Tori Brewster (Lady Merrill), Alex Campbell (Knight #1), Ben Campbell (Prince Dauntless), Abrianna Carrigan (Sir Studley), Dominick Elliott (Sir Harry), Lillian Halpin (Lady Rowena), Molly Heichel (Princess Winnifred), Casey Hines (Sir Luce), Ella Kramer (Knight #2), Delaney Paulisczak (the Jester), Eliza Starkweather (King Sextimus), Madison Stone (Lady Lucille/Lady Mabelle), Sarah Strobel (Lady Larken), Aiden Thurston (the Wizard), and Haylee Young (Lady H).
Additional students, alumni, and staff will help behind the scenes on lights, sound, sets, costumes, direction, and promotions.
The production will go up Friday, March 11 at 7 p.m., with additional performances Saturday, March 12 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets are $8 for general admission and $5 for students and seniors.
