Watkins bowlers beat Odessa

WATKINS GLEN—The Watkins Glen boys and girls varsity bowling teams both beat Odessa-Montour, 4-4, Thursday, Jan. 17.

For Watkins Glen, Billy Brennan led the boys with 626 (178-222-226). Michael Rhodes bowled a 537 (186-170-181), followed by Zach Little with 527 (146-190-191). Austin LaFever had 483 (117-165-201). Thomas Cook bowled 451 (154-149-148).
Samantha Bradley led the Watkins girls with 566 (176-198-192). Katrina Swarthout had 471 (168-134-169). Mikaela Suddaby scored 459 (152-150-157), while Sarah Wickham had 458 (143-166-149). Erika Rhodes bowled a 438 (126-163-149).
Odessa's Phil Humphries bowled a 509 (148-184-177) for the boys. Mitch McElroy scored 485 (171-170-144). Frank Wood added 466 (148-160-158), followed by Jesse Marsh with 465 (159-128-178). Hayden Moss scored 375 (173-93-109).
For the Indians' girls, Sarah Simmons bowled 506 (156-201-149). Jordan Little scored 373 (131-114-128). Alisha Chamberlain had 308 (107-111-90), followed by Taylor Rounds with 286 (87-102-97).
