Happy Holidays! The Observer and the REVIEW&EXPRESS each published a combined holiday edition with the dates of Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024 and Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024. There is not a new paper for Dec. 25. The next new edition is Wednesday, Jan. 1.

The office is closed on Monday, Dec. 23 and will reopen Thursday, Jan 2.

KEUKA VILLAGE (3/26/16)-The annual Polar Bear Plunge took place Saturday, March 26 at the Switzerland Inn on Keuka Lake. The bright sunny day combined with the lack of ice on Keuka, helped to entice jumpers, boaters and spectators to the still frigid water. Cold-water wet suits were used by the Wayne Fire Department to watch and assist any swimmers in the water.
