SPORTS RECAP: Week of 4-20-22

Penn Yan Girls Lacrosse
The Penn Yan girls lacrosse team faced Bishop Kearney, Tuesday, April 12. The Mustangs won 19-5. Corinne Barden and Bailey Cooper each scored five goals in the game. Avery Castner added three, Kaley Griffin (right photo) two and Jammie Decker, Taylor Mullins, Brooklyn Ayers and Ruby Berry each had one. Hannah Parsons added five saves in goal.

Penn Yan Boys Lacrosse
The Penn Yan boys lacrosse program faced a veteran Class B Canandaigua team, Saturday, April 16. The final score was 8-0, Canandaigua. Griffin Emerson recorded 15 saves for the Mustangs in the game.
