Festival of Crafts starts Saturday on village square

HAMMONDSPORT--The 41st annual Festival of Crafts will be held in Hammondsport this weekend, Aug. 20 and 21. The festival takes place on the village square and includes many vendors offering a variety of unique items for sale.
There will be some 100 quality crafters and artisans including jewelers, potters, photographers, quilters, leatherworkers, floral designers, woodworkers, candle makers, gourmet food items and many other unique crafts.
A free shuttle service will run during the festival allowing patrons to park at the Curtiss Museum and not have to worry about congestion downtown. The museum is located at 8419 State Route 54.
