When the gates open, 15 new food and drink vendors will be ready to serve new tastes to hungry and thirsty fairgoers. New choices span the globe, ranging from Maine lobster to Texas barbecue, gyros from Greece, bowls with Brazilian flair and street food from Bosnia. There will also be hot sauces and chilling ices, spicy salsas and soothing teas joining an array of more than 100 food and beverage vendors.

Hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday through Sunday 9 a.m. to midnight, with no entry or re-entry after 10 p.m. on any day. On Labor Day (Sept. 5) the Fairgrounds will fully close at 9:00 p.m.
