DUNDEE--The Dundee Central School Board of Education met in an emergency session, Friday, Sept. 1. There were three resolutions for consideration, all involving personnel matters at the school.
The first resolution was for the approval of a contract between the school and Christopher Wood to become the superintendent of schools effective Sept. 1, with an anticipated start date of Sept. 28. Wood was most recently a principal at Bradford Central School District and before that served as the superintendent of Odessa-Montour in Schuyler County.
The other two resolutions approved at Friday’s meeting included appointing Chad Johnson as the acting junior/senior high school principal and appointing Christopher Arnold as an engagement specialist.
