DUNDEE-The village of Dundee is preparing to unwrap the magic of the holiday season with its “Touch of Christmas” event, a night of festive cheer for residents and visitors alike.
Set up at Seneca Street Park, the event will kick off Saturday, Dec. 9 at 6 p.m. It promises to ignite the holiday spirit with a variety of activities. The event will begin with a parade at 5:30 p.m., starting at the back of Dundee Central School. The parade will travel down Harpending Avenue, then turn south onto Water and Main Streets, onto Hollister and Bell Streets, before heading to Seneca Street.
Available for families will be holiday books, youth hats, gloves, socks and leggings will also be available. D.J. Greg Dibble, Hemlock Hidden Hames Carriage Services, and a very special guest will be providing friendly entertainment and multiple food vendors.
There will also be numerous food options including: the firemen’s chili, fried dough, kielbasa sausage, hot dogs, chestnuts wrapped in bacon, Christmas cookies by Team Charlie, french fries, popcorn along with hot chocolate and coffee.
