HAMMONDSPORT--Danica Dresser, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Dresser of Hammondsport, has been announced as the valedictorian of the 2024 senior class at Hammondsport Central School.
Danica is a National Honor Society member. Danica has been active in soccer, basketball and softball. She has volunteered for many community events during her school career. Outside of school, she is involved with the Hammondsport Fire Department as a junior firefighter, volunteering at Fishes and Loaves Food Pantry, Aging in Place and refereeing or assistant coaching with Junior Lakers Basketball.
Danica’s college choice is the University of Tampa. She will major in international business and management and minor in sports management.
Lexy Wilson, daughter of Mrs. Katy Wilson of Hammondsport and Mr. Myron Wilson Jr. of Corning, has been announced as the salutatorian of the Class of 2024.
Lexy is a member of the National Honor Society. She has participated in Drama Club, the Grape Press and volleyball. Lexy has volunteered for many community programs outside of school such as Girl Scouts, Soldier’s Angels, NHS Can Good Drive, Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry, Christmas in the Park and the Craft Show.
Lexy plans on going to Alfred State. She will major in Veterinary Technology and Agricultural Technology.

Andrew Morrison, son of Mr. Kevin Morrison of Hammondsport and Mrs. Beth Hoad of Bath;

Graduation is scheduled for June 28, at 6 p.m. in the auditorium or outside (weather permitting) at the Hammondsport Central School.
